COMMUNICATION

Email Policy

How we use email for customer and service communications.

Transactional and service emails

We may send email when you contact the workshop, request a service, ask for a quotation or have an active customer relationship. These messages can include enquiry replies, booking confirmations, requests for additional vehicle or service information, quotations, workshop status updates, invoices or receipts and collection-related information.

Recipient source

Email addresses used for service communications are provided directly by customers through a service request, direct contact with the workshop or an existing customer relationship. We do not purchase, rent, scrape or obtain mailing lists from unrelated third parties.

Marketing

Service communications are not treated as permission to send unrelated advertising. If optional promotional email is offered, it is sent only after the recipient has explicitly opted in and can be stopped at any time.

Delivery quality

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate recipient data and to stop sending to addresses that repeatedly fail or generate a complaint. Automated email systems may process delivery failures and complaints so that problematic addresses can be suppressed from future sending.

Stopping email

If you no longer wish to receive optional marketing messages, you can use the unsubscribe option provided in those messages or contact us directly. Essential service communications may still be sent when required to complete a service you requested.
